Integrity: A Key To Greatness

I don’t know about you all, but I get tired of all the emails about setting new years resolutions from the experts.  Some of the experts have changed their language and now call them intentions or commitments, which has better connotations.  I’m an entrepreneur and I already have vision for what I want. What supports me is to ask different questions.  What can I put in that will make the difference between the results I created last year to this year? How can I shift who I am being such that I reach the next level of success?

In order to manifest something in your life or business there are several things required. Well what are they?

You might say: hard work, dedication, acting on opportunities, focus, determination.

And yes those are all fantastic components of producing results, and what is at the core of all of them?

We have to shift our being to create different results.  And “being a person of integrity” will catapult your results. What does that mean, “being a person of Integrity”?  It means doing what you say you will do.  It is having a strong relationship with your word.  It means that you can be counted on by yourself, others and the universe. It means that your words matter and that what you say happens. It means that you are doing things that are congruent with who you are. You are in alignment.

The way that we demonstrate or strengthen this way of being is create a space to put it into practice. To do that, we have to know what it is that we are creating.  What is the game that we are playing in life?  Then break it down into clear actions that are specific and measurable. Now we can be held accountable to what it is that we want in the world and we have a structure for demonstrating to ourselves, others and the universe that we are willing to do what it takes to manifest the life we desire.

I have seen this work time and time again with myself and others, when we practice integrity, extraordinary opportunities and results happen that seem effortless and magical.  We stop working against ourselves  and the universe along with others conspire to have us succeed.  Things start to happen much quicker and we are in the flow.

Now is practicing integrity easy and effortless? No. not necessarily, especially not at first. It takes some work, dedication, focus and determination to jump start this new way of being.  More than likely, you already know how to do this. The cool thing is that it gets easier and easier AND within a short period of time it will become automatic and you will have a lifetime to reap the benefits of your efforts. AND the rewards along the way are tremendous.

I’m here to tell you that it is possible to take your life and your business to the next level.  You CAN develop a new way of being that produces extraordinary results in ALL areas of life and that will serve you for years to come.

Let me know what you are creating this year and what results we can hold you accountable for.  Post them below.  I respond to all comments. I’m looking forward to supporting you.

Love and Abundance,

Brandy

  1. I really applaud the “integrity” and the 4 areas you shared. I especially like that you didn’t write Business as a category but labeled it ‘Wealth and Contribution’. Words are motivating. The right words rev us up and inspire us to create. Thank you for standing in integrity Brandy and sharing your new year plan.

    1. You are welcome Teri. Thank you for the comment.

I believe that living powerfully in life is making sure that we are focusing on all areas. Sometimes people are unhappy when they focus primarily on one area or another. Most of us know people that spend all of their time on their business, while their physical and mental health are deteriorating and their relationships are less than fulfilling.

“Inspire to create” is such a great place to be. I am glad to hear that the words “Wealth and Contribution” evoke inspiration and creation. I want to encourage people to look at wealth on a broader spectrum. In my own life, I have accumulated wealth many different ways, but the most rewarding has been when I have focused on how I can make a difference much bigger than just myself.

  2. Love this post Brandy! Integrity is essential for any business. When I began my adventure with the Universe( since 2005) I remember a lesson I learned from Jack Canfield’s book the The Success Principles. There are two types of integrity. One with people you interact with, and one with yourself. Doing what you say you are going to do, foundation and competence are essential as an entrepreneur. Great lesson, great post! Thank You. Love the layout of your blog too 🙂

    1. Thank you Tom for checking out the blog post and your words of encouragement. Integrity is a great conversation and I love that you reference Jack Canfield’s book, The Success Principles. It’s a great book.

Another word that comes up for me around integrity is congruence. Taking it to the next level and looking at all areas of life. Looking forward to hearing from you again sometime.
