  1. Love the big pile of veggies – wow! I’d be interested to see the juice recipes, I love green juice with apple juice. Are there any risks associated with too much juice? I’ve heard of people having serious teeth problems from having too much citric acid every day.

    1. Thanks for your comment. As with most things, I am sure that there are people that do things to excess but I have never heard of someone that overdoses on vegetables or explodes from too much juice. I think that is important to listen to your body and do what makes sense for you individually. I personally brush my teeth at least a couple times a day. Juicing is a meal and we should maintain our routine of brushing after meals. Now if you are increasing the number of meals then I would recommend rinsing your mouth with water after your juice for some of them. I also drink alkaline Kangen water between my juices which helps to neutralize the acidity.

  2. Yes, that is a good idea to brush frequently after juice and to drink the alkaline water as well, thank you for the suggestions. I met a yogi that had juice all the time for many years and when he was very old he had a stroke. Apparently the doctors linked the stroke to his teeth decay and nerves in his teeth. It seemed far fetched to me but I wasn’t going to tell this man that it wasn’t true…the moral of his story for me was that juice is great but be sure to take care of your teeth and remember that everything is good in moderation. Love, love, love that big pile of veggies!!!
